In 2019/ 2020, Ethiopia’s real Gross Domestic Product (GDP) slowed down to 6.1% due to COVID-19, and growth is expected to remain close to 6.4 % in 2021 due to Covid-19, according to the World Bank (International Trade Commission/US Dept. of Commerce Report).
